The platform is constructed of heavily reinforced aluminum and also comes with a heavy-duty latch to lock the platform when not in use. Like all Harmar products, the AL300RV is manufactured in the USA and arrives pre-assembled and ready to install. Specify if it's going on a Type A "pusher" RV, as it will need a different hitch adapter.
