LABOR WARRANTY DETAILS:
The details of the Service Agreement are specified in the agreement and should be reviewed to understand Golden’s service program. It is important to understand this policy to ensure that you do not incur additional costs.
Golden will provide service and honor the agreement to consumers living within a 60-mile radius of an authorized Golden Technologies service center. Those living outside the 60-mile radius will need to work directly with the closest available servicer to them. Golden will honor the warranty for the product, i.e., pay for shipping for the first year, pay for the parts as specified by the warranty, and pay for labor as specified by the warranty for that specific product. The service fee to drive out and back to the home would NOT be covered.
If you are outside the service area, you can still make the purchase, but you would be responsible for contacting the servicer directly if needed. As noted above, Golden would still honor the standard warranty for that product, but the consumer must have a servicing agent within 60 miles of their address to cover the Service at Home. To see if you qualify, you may call WSR at 571-748-4999 or email email@example.com. The location will be confirmed by zip code to determine if the you would be covered. Please note that over 90% of the country is covered, but there are some remote areas that may not be within the 60-mile radius.
In addition, please note that the Service Agreement is valid in the continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.
If and when service is ever needed, you must call WSR Solutions. They are primary servicer handling our consumer warranty service and will make all the arrangements to get the product serviced properly. They can be reached at 571-748-4999.
Golden will not pay for parts and/or service completed without prior authorization and / without using an authorized servicer.
