Details and Specifications for the Harmar AL160 Profile Scooter Lift
I purchased this AL160 with the optional battery pack and and the swing-away arm on my Jeep Renegade. After my initial confusion with the bracket configuration, the install was pretty straight forward and simple with using the battery pack. This lift is a quality heavy-duty lift and I love its operation. My wife can load and unload her scooter with ease. I really like the automatic hold-down arm and best of all is the rear visibility when driving.

Was glad the salesman told us to take a look at this lift when we were looking at which would work for us. This is the easiest lift to use and when the chair is not loaded and it is folded up, it is airy so that it doesn't take up the entire back window or cover the back of the car. Excellent product for us.

Fit on a smaller car

wanted a hold down arm because i have a hard time using my hands. But i have a smaller car and i had trouble finding one that was light enough to use. This one worked perfectly and it makes it so much easier to go out. I'm no longer anxious about leaving the house. I decide to go somewhere based on me wanting to go or not, not based on how much trouble it will be to go without my scooter. Thanks to everyone who helped me.

Love the slim look

This lift fits my scooter perfectly and holds it down with no wobble at all. But when the scooter is not on there and it folds up, it looks nearly invisible which I love. Don't like those platforms that cover the whole back of the car and half the window. This is definitely worth the additional price.
