The Victory 10.2 3-wheel, model S6102, has a 400 lb. weight capacity, a per charge range of up to 13 miles with the optional 40AH Batteries and 11 miles with the standard U1 batteries. Maximum speed up to 5.2 mph compliment the versatility of the Victory 10.2 4-Wheel. Available in Ocean Blue and Candy Apple Red.
We recommend the Victory 10.2 3-wheel over the standard Victory 10 for those riders that want the most updated features such as the Pinchless hinge seat with swivel and sliders for increased comfort in standard size of 18” x 17” and optional size of 20” x 18”. Also included is this model are the USB charging port, puddle light for the deck area and frosted LED headlights pathway light to illuminate your route.
Scooter Direct includes a Free 1-year In-Home Service warranty which covers parts and labor for all Pride warrantied parts and Pride includes an additional year of parts warranty for motor and electronics. For any issues, call Scooter Direct and we will arrange for a technician to come to your home. We can typically diagnose the issue and send the part to the technician to reduce your time and inconvenience. There is an option to extend this warranty for an additional charge.
When you order this scooter, we can usually ship it the same business day, if not, it would be the next business day. We will ship from the closest warehouse to your location which means the standard delivery time 2 to 3 days. The Pride Victory scooter is easy to assemble and disassemble but you be able to handle the heaviest part. This makes it easy to assemble the unit right out of the box after delivery then drive away. It is recommend that you charge the battery for longer drives for at least 8 hours before taking the scooter for ride longer than a test drive.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative ofPride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
Structural Frame Components, including:
- Main Frame
- Fork
- Seat Post
- Tiller Frame
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
- Transaxle
- Brake
- Bushings
- Bearings
- Motor Brake (electronic function ONLY)
Also, electronic assemblies including:
- Electronic Controllers
- Chargers
- Harnesses
- Any Other Electrical Subassembly
SIX-MONTH WARRANTY
The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.
RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY
All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Pride effective from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.
- ABS Plastic Shrouds
- Motor Brushes
- Upholstery and Seating
- Brake Pads Tires and Tubes
- Fuses/Bulbs
- Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
- Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products
- Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:
- Contamination
- Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
- Battery fluid spillage or leakage
- Use other than normal design specifications
- Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.
NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
