CTM HS-125 Mobility Scooter | Portable Scooters

Structural Frame: CTM-Warranties the frame of its Mobility Scooters under normal use for a period of 3 Years (36 months). CTM HOMECARE PRODUCT, INC. will at its sole discretion, repair, replace, any warrantable frame that fails within the warranty period.

Motor/Transaxle/Brake and Electronics: CTM-Warranties the Motor/Transaxle/Brake and Electronics of Mobility Scooters, under normal use for a period of 1 Year (12 months). CTM HOMECARE PRODUCT, INC. will at its sole discretion, repair or replace any warrantable Motor/Transaxle/Brake and Electronics components that fails within the warranty period.

Batteries: CTM-Warranties the Battery of Mobility Scooters, under normal use for a period of 6 Months (180 days). CTM HOMECARE PRODUCT, INC. will at its sole discretion, repair or replace any warrantable batteries that fails within the warranty period.

Notes:
• The warranty effective day is the date of sale from dealer to end-user on new units only.
• This warranty is extended to only the original purchaser/owner, purchased in the U.S.A. from a CTM authorized dealer.
• For warranty service, contact the CTM authorized dealer where the product was purchased. Dealers are responsible for labor
and shipping charges incurred for all warranty issues.
• All defective electrical components apart from batteries, which are under warranty, must be returned under within 14 days.
Customer will be charged for any unreturned item after this time.
• All REPLACEMENT parts warranted originally carry only a 90-day warranty from the date of replacement.
• No dealer or distributor may extend this warranty or modify it in anyway.
• Warranty is VOID if the product is used in any sort of commercial or rental service.
• Warranty is VOID if any of the original serial numbers have been removed including from the controller, motor, transaxle,
battery or battery charger.
• Warranty shall be VOID if customer (dealer or end user) modifies the product in any respect including but not limited to the
use of parts other than the genuine parts.
• All return shipments found to be free from factory defect is subject to 25% restocking fee and cost of any damages incurred.
All return shipments will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number approved by the CTM Technical Department.
• All CTM products shipped should be inspected thoroughly for damages and shrink-wrapping before signing the bill of lading.
Any unreported freight damages at the time of delivery will be the sole responsible of the receiver.
• Any manufacturer related damages must be reported to CTM within 7 days of receipt. No exceptions.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
• Body panels, shroud and cowlings
• Consumable wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads and motor brushes
• Upholstery, seating and armrest
• Any damage resulting from natural disaster or Act of God
• Any damage resulting from liquid or moisture corrosion to electronic devices
• Any damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification
• Any damage resulting from negligent operation, storage or maintenance
• Labor, service calls, and shipping costs for any replacement parts under warranty

THIS WARRANTY REPLACES AND SUPERCEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF CTM HOMECARE PRODUCT INC., WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. CTM
HOMECARE PRODUCT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONTINGENT DAMAGES.
